Meet The Leadership Team

Doug Bryson

Managing Director

Doug Bryson established Spearhead Staffing to provide a specialized recruiting and staffing organization that took advantage of a long career in service delivery. Doug’s over 15 years of experience in technology as a hands-on consultant, Project Manager, and Director create a unique ability to understand the customer’s recruiting and staffing challenges. Since its inception, Doug has overseen Spearhead’s progress and growth, doubling the size of the company within the first four years, ensuring outstanding service delivery and streamlined business operations.

Doug previously held senior leadership positions at Computer Horizons, EMC Corporation, and Sanofi pharmaceuticals. Doug has overseen dozens of IT projects either as the direct Project Manager or as the Project Sponsor. His personal ambition and proven ability to lead people and think critically have enabled his business success through the years.

Doug has a B.S. in IT Management from the Stillman school of Business at Seton Hall University.


Craig Carey

Managing Director

Craig has been in the IT Staffing and Recruiting industry for over seven years.  He began his career working for one of the largest staffing firms in the US and then spent a couple years at a niche recruiting company before deciding to join Spearhead.  Craig’s desire to be able to be nimble and be fully in control of delivery for his clients is what drove his decision to leave the “volume” IT Staffing and Recruiting world and join a specialist.   As an expert Recruiter and Account Manager, Craig has opened our West Coast Office based in Scottsdale, Arizona to expand our support in that market.  Craig’s strength is being able to adapt to each client’s specific business needs and strong work ethic to find great candidate options for each organizations customized culture.

At Spearhead Staffing, Craig supports nationwide clients as his network expands from his beginning on the East Coast to his current West Coast location.  His expertise is in NetSuite, SaaS, and Infrastructure for Finance, Hospital and Healthcare, and Logistics organizations.

Craig graduated from Le Moyne College, has a B.S in Business Management/Leadership as well as a B.S. in Marketing and Advertising.

Paul’s career is defined by a “scout’s mindset”—an ability to look beyond the surface level of a resume to find the “franchise players” who drive organizational success. Long before joining the leadership team at Spearhead Staffing, Paul was the person teams turned to for clarity, intentional guidance, and results driven by human connection. He believes that the best hiring outcomes happen when people feel seen, understood, and perfectly aligned with a company’s DNA.

As a Managing Director, Paul is a versatile hiring strategist who speaks the language of diverse industries. While he is a specialist in Logistics and Supply Chain, he brings a sophisticated touch to the Medical, Technology, and Construction sectors. Whether he is placing a Pricing Analyst to improve margin execution, a high-level Operations Leader, or specialized talent for medical offices and tech-driven firms, Paul focuses on “quality over quantity,” delivering a curated shortlist of highly aligned candidates rather than a stack of resumes.

Prior to Spearhead, Paul spent over a decade as the co-owner of a half-million-dollar enterprise. This entrepreneurial foundation gives him a unique “business-minded” perspective; he understands the pressure owners and founders face when scaling. His background also includes high-performance sales in the Construction trade market and a deep commitment to wellness and leadership. This cross-sector experience allows him to act as a trusted advisor to growth-stage companies navigating the complexities of turnover or rapid expansion.

Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Kean University and previously attended Albright College, where he played baseball. A father of two, Paul leads with a personal lens, believing that recruiting isn’t just about headcount—it’s about creating stability for companies and the families who support them.


Jason Youngberg

Director, Sales & Recruiting

Jason has had an extensive career in the IT Staffing and Recruiting industry, spanning over two decades. He started his professional journey with one of the largest IT staffing and IT Services firms in the US. In recent years, he gained valuable experience in the Hire, Train, Deploy segment before joining Spearhead. His diverse background in Sales, Recruiting, and Market Management has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the Staffing Industry’s full life cycle.

Currently at Spearhead Staffing, Jason plays a key role in supporting crucial industries across the nation, including Financial Services, Non-Profit, Media & Entertainment, and Healthcare.

Jason holds a BA in Sports Management from Belmont Abbey College.
